We wrote this song mainly for people that were taken from this life too soon. We had a buddy that was killed last year on New year's eve in a drunk driving accident... he had a mile of friends.

It was a rainy cold September day, Amazing Grace was sung.
At a funeral for my good friend, that lost the battle way too young.
As we climbed into the car that day, i put it into drive.
I looked up at the tailights, i could not believe my eyes,
