I used to have a huge crush on a guy that used to hang out at the Spoke a few years back. He always sat way back in the corner of the room, and I usually sat in the middle of the room and waited patiently for several months for him to notice me. He would glance my way now and then, but that was it. My friends told him I had a thing for him, but I think he had a girlfriend that he liked to leave at home. When I finally did talk to him, I lost all interest. He looked damn good in the corner though. I probably wrote 4 or 5 songs about him over that time period.
