Tim visit me for the final of Telford Rocks Battle of the Bands 4, in August 2005. The following day, with two hours to kill, we wrote this.

Over the next 8 months the track was put together by Tim on his multitrack in Cornwall, where he recorded live drums and his vocals. This was then sent to Chris for himself and Ian to put their guitar, bass and synth parts on it.
