About the song
LISTEN AT YOUR OWN RISK! DO NOT MIX EXPOSURE TO THIS MUSIC TRACK WITH ALCOHOL, LEGAL PREscriptION MEDICATIONS AND/OR PROHIBITED INTOXICANTS!

A truly transcendental experience can't be explained. Our limited cognitive ability is unable develop a frame of reference with which to grasp, compare and/or understand such supernatural and otherworldly phenomena. Such forces, occurrences and beings are frightening to the weak minded and can be harmful to the faint of heart. They can produce altered states, that can terrorize one's soul.

However, for those who would throw caution to the wind, feel free to turn down the lights and turn up the volume, but just make certain there's some sympathetic companion nearby to clutch...

when your blood runs inexplicably cold
and the icy grip of horror begins to take hold!

YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!

Phil Erb was the genius behind this piece of sound. His unique knowledge and perspective of how to manipulate sound within the digital realm is unsurpassed by any contemporary. Today (June 13th 2012), I just learned that Phil departed this life in early December of 2011. He left behind only a small fraction of his complete works that he had amassed in the last ten years. This piece was one of his last explorations into the mysterious way bell-like instruments vibrate and how those sounds can be toyed with to realize new frontiers of auditory bliss.
