About the song
inspired by the recent BBC series on charles darwin I wanted to pay hommage to one of the great genius' of mankind..
just as everything evolves and constantly changes, so must music evolve and change.. what better place to start than our roots..
THE BLUES..
a heartfelt thanks to markku vuollet (aimless sessions) for his wonderful hammond B3 solo and to dustion graham (mellow D) for his excellent keyboard solo.. this is how jazz is supposed to be.. the musicians jamming with each other.. each with his own interpretation of the harmonic, melodic and rhythmic possibilites presented by the harmonic progression and beat.. thanks guys!!
