This song comes from my Dad's favorite verse in Isaiah.

When you're feeling down and out. When it seems all hope is gone. And your days of endless heartache seem to linger on. You get weak along your journey of this everlasting mile. And it seems You're all alone. One day You will find home. Because our troubles only last for just a while

For they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. They will mount on wings as eagles. They will walk and they won't faint. They will run and not grow weary for the faithful God has seen. One day we'll rise above the clouds as we fly on eagles wings

Upon the earth there will be troubles that seem to keep you down. And it seems the life you live, it will keep you down. But Jesus came to heal the broken. It was for you He died. Now He stands with open arms. All Your tears of pain He'll dry. He will mend Your broken wings so You can fly.

For even youth grow weary. And the young will surely fall. He will give us strength when upon His name we call.
