The Last Valley

Verse
1. Oh the lord is my shepherd,
he sent you to me.
We loved and laughed down life`s road,
But soon you will go where I can`t follow,
And so for now my love its time to say good bye.

Chorus:
And as your hand slips from mine,
I reach out and call your name.
But its too late we`ll have to walk thru
This last valley alone.

Verse:
2. All the tears can`t wash away,
The pain that I feel,
When memories flood from the past,
I try to hide the tears falling from my eyes,
As all our plans and dreams togather all fade away.

Chorus:
And as your hand slips from mine,
I reach out and call your name,
But its too late we`ll have to walk thru
this last valley alone.

Verse:
3.Hand in hand as we walk thru,
this last valley,
We come to a fork in the road,
And you will take the road that I can`t follow
and you will have to walk thru this last valley alone.

Chorus:
And as your hand slips from mine,
I reach out and call your name,
but its too late we`ll have to walk
thru this last valley alone.

Verse:
4. All alone as I walk thru,
this lone some valley,
I come to a place in the road,
And I will wait for you, just on the other side
And then my love we`ll walk
Hand in hand togather again.

Chorus:
And as your hand slips in mine,
I reach out and call your name
And hand in hand we`ll walk togather
To see God on his throne
And hand in hand we`ll walk togather
To see God on his throne.
