About the song
I've always been a big fan of both Cajun and Tex Mex swing-type blues. When I found myself with my hands on a Wurlitzer rotary organ similar to the one that backed up Doug Sahm in the Sir Douglas Quintet, I rushed off to talk the boys into cutting this track. The lyrics pretty much wrote themselves while we were recording.
