I've travelled back and forth between Scotland & the U.S. many times over the years. Either way, I am leaving family and friends behind.
On this one occasion I was travelling back to Scotland on a midnight flight and, for me, this track pretty much sums up how it felt to be on a long journey home after a long period in the States. The calmness of the long flight, reflecting on what was behind me and the excitement of seeing everyone in Scotland creeping in towards the end of the flight.
