I wrote this song because I am displeased with my position in the hierarchy, I have always wanted to be a rock star but as I get older I realize I am just another underachiever and a minimum wage slave... life goes on whether you want it to or not!

This smalltown is really dragging me down, digging me an early grave, with all the rest of the underachievers and the minimum wage slaves ...we pray everyday for an easy escape from the rat race.... yada yada yada
