The Shadawmon legacy encompasses a myriad of experiences beginning very early on in his career in the Caribbean in the days when Stevie Winwood and Eric Clapton were recording some of their reggae pop rock hits in Jamacia and Shadawmon was a young guitar player in Kingston working with artists like Johnny Nash on Bob Marley songs. This later took him back through the US and eventually to the Hawaiian Islands to work with other island contemporary artists, and then on to Asia to the Andamans and the islands on the gulf of Thailand. Shadawmon is truly a tropical influenced artist and his musical forte captures the essence of the moment's passion and authentic 'feel' of an endless summer's breeze.
Midnight Sojourn interjects east west instrument textures in the arrangements yet the songs and music remain earthy and from the heart and soul.
