Aaron Bewza sent me this magnificent composition - LIKE A BIRD. This is a milestone kind of song for me, Aaron having asked me provide the lyric AND to sing - something I've never done before (while 'pro' recording that is) and at a time when I felt the least capable. After nearly 3 long years, I believe this bird's leaving the nest. I'm favored and honored to work with a brother of such caliber, God given talent and integrity. What a God. To put the icing on the cake, God blessed me by adding ART N VON into the mix. Without them, this song would not be where it is... they took me, a complete novice, into their studio and patiently, lovingly gave me 'on the job' training. This is the rough cut and my first time ever singing lead which I could not have done without the love and care of both Art and Von....AND THE PROMPTING OF GOD. I stand in awe as I sing with my precious sister and God given friend. May God continue to bless this song, mostly by anointing it to do a work of His design--and to SOAR to the heavens. Thank you, God for being the wind beneath our wings.
