Picture for song 'Zaara' by artist 'tim p scott'

Zaara Zaara

Instrumental composition. I can't really say what it sounds like. I guess a cross between the instrumental parts of the Alan Parsons Project, the lower-budget productions of Vangelis, Kansas without any singing, that sort of thing. What do you think?

Have you performed in front of an audience?
scott's music is carefully crafted in a laboratory setting and is designed to be listened to while sitting with a furrowed brow, chin on fist. Or while cleaning out the cat box, or waiting to see your probation officer, or driving to the scrapyard to look for a new 8 track tape player for your 1979 Plymouth Belvedere.
Your musical influences
Tangerine Dream, Vangelis, Jean Michel Jarre, Ozric Tentacles, Tool, White Zombie, Radio Massacre International
What equipment do you use?
Currently, almost 100% Ableton Live (currently version 8) and Propellerhead Reason (4). Except for my trusty electric guitar, my synths pretty much gather dust in their racks.
Anything else?
August 22, 2005: RIP Dr Robert Moog, without whom electronic music would be a completely different thing at this point! I never met him but those who knew him say he was a giant among men, but humble in the way of the truly great.
