About the song
One of my friends was going through a hard time. Some of the medication she was on stopped her from being able to have dreams. I wrote her this song.

Song Title: Dream For Two
Author: Chase Andrew Jedick
Year Completed: 2002
Lyrics:
I know you’re shamed
And you’re confused;
But don’t play games
And don’t be used.
Life’s too short,
So take! Don’t give!
If you get hurt,
I’ve no reason to live.
Seasons may flow,
But times won’t change.
And you’ll always know
That I’m the same.
Pain comes soon
To those who wait.
So break the news
And celebrate.
I’ll sleep now and dream for you.
What else, oh what else, could I do for you?
I’ll sleep now and dream for two.
You’re feeling low.
Please realize
It’s only a show.
Just close those eyes.
You’ve known strife,
And you’ve lost track.
If you lose life,
It won’t come back.
I’ll sleep now and dream for you.
What else, oh what else, could I do for you?
I’ll sleep now and dream for two.
