Good For You
Slow song about trying be the right kind of person for someone else...not a good idea. I've since revised my thought. This song has done quite well on the Rock Unplugged chart. Give it a listen!

About the song
This was written a while back about a girl. I rewrote the lyrics to it, when I realized that it was useless to try to change myself to gain the "love" of another...nonetheless, those lyrics were lost; so I sing it in its original sell-out form. Nonetheless, it shows how we can sell ourselves for illusions. Don't.
Lyrics
I don’t know if I’d be good for you.
I’m not sure I’d know what to do.
But I knew from the very first glance
That I’d love you, and I’ll take a chance.
And it’s true my heart’s a little weak.
But in your mind, girl, I want you to see
That I’ll stay until you want to be done.
We’ll share a memory, and life will go on.
And I know that I’m low.
And I’ll keep trying to be the person you need me to be.
And I’ve cried—it’s no lie.
And I’ll keep trying to be the person you need me to be.
I care too much, and it makes me cry.
If you love me, then I’m sure I could sigh.
The world hurt me, and I tried to leave.
But I found you; let’s find air and breathe!
And I know that I’m low.
And I’ll keep trying to be the person you need me to be.
And I’ve cried—it’s no lie.
And I’ll keep trying to be the person you need me to be,
The person you need me to be.
