About the song
This is almost a continuation of 'These Days' from my first album, but while I wrote that at 16, this was written when Allan and Bob had the bonus of more experience (I won't say how much!).
When you look back at old times, they seem much better, much easier. Being able to play with good friends without a care in the world is probably everyone's favourite childhood memory, but when we grow up we have too many cares, with bills, jobs and real life. Real life's a nasty thing I'm not looking forward to now university's finished. I want my own bubble.
