About the song
I recorded this song in the afternoon on a Christmas Eve Day. Circumstances had me spending Christmas alone for the first time that year.
After the "first take", I listened to what I had recorded so far. It wasn't "perfect", but it had the "essence" of what I was trying to capture.
It's the version I would use on the Christmas CD.
