Dis-illusioned
A song of hope for all us Native Americans, living on the rez or not. Things may hard in life, but the only difference that can be made is by us ourselves.

About the song
I had the line for the title bouncing around for awhile. But wanted the song to be simple in its chord structure, so mainly its 2 chords goin back and forth.
As for the message of the song, most people never see what goes on in the Native American world. The broken homes, the single parents and the elders struggling to get by on fixed incomes. There are diseases claiming the lives of our Native community, the most dominate is alcoholism, and dietabetes. But the only difference we can make is if we stand up and do it ourselves, one voice, one NATION. We are a indigenous people, and we will survive.
"Some days its a good day to die, everyday is a good day to be INDIGENOUS"!
