About the song
I wrote this song for my husband in our early days of our relationship. I wanted so much more for him and I knew what a great person he was and I just wanted him to stop.
Lyrics
Verse-1
Let me be your bottle
When things get rough
Let me be your drink
When things get tough
I'll be there for you
If you are there for me
Set aside your pain and let it be.

Repeating Chorus
Drink of me do what you will
Take me in your arms and get your fill
I know your hearts meant to be free
But don't drag me by my heart your a tease
If you plan on loving me you'd better please.
For open your eyes
Blind Man See.

Verse-2
Gazing into the pool of life
I see everything pass me by
With the fire that burns inside
I ask you why?
Come out man behind blinders
Do Not Hide.

(Guitar solo into 3rd verse)

Verse-3
Promises run like rain
Just made to bring pain
How I want to be with you
But you make me feel like fallen dew
Now my hearts been put on alert
Because I love you so much it hurts.

Repeating Chorus
Drink of me do what you will
Take me in your arms and get your fill
I know your hearts meant to be free
But don't drag me by my heart your a tease
If you plan on loving me you'd better please.
For open your eyes
Blind Man See.
