About the song
I have a client that produces a multimedia CD-ROM every year. The first year was something 'New Age'. The second year was 'techno'. Then came 9/11/2003. The 2002 CD-ROM took on a much more serious tone. I wanted something serious but at the same time up lifting. Its just my way of remembering those people who lost and those who continue to risked their lives everyday to protect freedom.

I live outside Washington DC and if I would have left for work on-time that day would have been about 5 blocks from the Whitehouse.

The title is the brave words of Todd Beamer, one of the Heroes of Flight 93.

This is a single performance by me playing a Yamaha P90 keyboard, which is driving a Roland 1080 synth module. There is no sequencing or multi-tracking. The different instruments come through at different positions on the keyboard and via the velocity of my play.

I'm not a keyboard player, my primary instrument is guitar. Its not perfect, a number of major mistakes. Need to practice it a bit more. This was not the performance that was delivered to my client.
