Lyrics
If peace had a color what would it be?
As white as the sands or as blue as the sea?
Green like grass or black like outer space?
would it be a rainbow of every creed and race?
If peace had a taste to what would it compare?
would it be a feast the whole world could share?
If peace were sweet could it fill the need?
of all the hungry people on the earth to feed?
what would it look like if peace could be seen?
it would be the greatest colors ever dreamed
how would it feel to a world full of pain?
peace would be soft as the cool spring rain
before the rainbow
If peace were an ocean I a swimmer in the sea
would it’s sweet warm water flow over, comfort and caress me?
I would feel the strength, happiness and joy
to be passed on to every man, woman, girl and boy
before the rainbow
