This is the first song ever that Jelannie and I worked on together, and it's led to many great things. Jelannie approached me with the verses, saying she needed a chorus, so I helped her out, and then we collaborated on the bridge. At the time we were both going through..endings, I guess, of a sort, but those endings led to the beginning of a beautiful friendship, I guess. And beautiful music.
