Mourning Doves of Berkeley traces the war in Iraq. Berkeley was the seat of the anti-war movement in the sixties. Dove also means someone who has a conciliatory attitude (opposite of Hawk).

This track begins with the Dove's Theme and ends with the Toppling The Statue, a very devastating experience from a bird's point of view.
