Losing the love of your life, you talk to God, wanting things back the way they were.

I thought about losing my soulmate and how I would feel. I was overcome with emotion, and the song just flowed out.

Dear God,
I lost my best friend, my lover, my life.
The day my baby died.She was the best part of me,
without her I'm so incomplete. I wish I could turn back time and take her place.
You see God must have needed her, a whole lot more than me, for something oh so special, something so special it seems. I wish I could turn back time, and take her place. I know I should be thankful for the times that we had, it might sound selfish but I want them all back!
