About the song
Chameleon is a pop instrumental that was created using the Korg Oasys PCI DSP card, as the only sound source. My objective was to create a cohesive piece of music, using the Oasys's existing polyphony & sound set and render the resulting MIDI project straight to a stereo wave file and ultimately, to an MP3. I also used Cakewalk's SONAR and a Roland JX-305, as my MIDI sequencer and keyboard controller, respectively.
