About the song
I wrote the song back around 1990. I had a picture of a guy lying in his living room with broken dishes and other debris from a woman who left him but keeps coming back. It was recorded live in the studio (no overdubs) and is one of a few of the last songs we recorded with our good but departed friend Johnny D.
