I have been a huge Take 6 fan since the late 80s. Their jazzy renditions of gospel music make me melt in my seat. So when I received an email from Claude McKnight, Lead Tenor and founder of Take 6, who just happened to stumble upon my Youtube channel, I about flipped! He said he liked what I was doing and to keep it up. I was so nervous, I started shaking. How does that happen?! After writing him back and letting him know what a big fan I was, I thought maybe I should try to do a Take 6 song. I wrote him again and asked him if it would be okay to do Come Unto Me. He graciously answered that he would love it and couldnt wait to hear it. So yesterday and today, I listened to the great Take 6 arrangement over and over, picked out the parts, recorded them one by one, and there you have it.
