The story begins when Denis and I'd met at Critics Corner on SoundClick board back in late 2008.

We'd come to know about each other's music act and we really enjoyed listening to each other's music.
Later, after a few discussions, we'd decided to redo one of his songs called 'Scenes of Life' that he'd written in early 70's being inspired by the Vietnam War and so I'd started working on a complete new backing track, while making a few changes, including a fresh new verse, a bridge part and a complete different structure and arrangement.

Denis had a tough job on his part with vocals this time, as the beat was suddenly and completely changed to a fresh and totally new beat and he'd done it very well.
Later I'd performed the bass, rhythms and a guitar solo and now this is what we've come up with.

I hope that our fans would like the song, as well as the idea of collaborating through web since it's always interesting to hear the musicians of two different regions/styles, joining hands together to bring them a song in collaboration.

I'd also like to thanks my friend 'Denis Le Breton' (Densyl) for his flexibility as a musician to change anything or everything that had actually given me a free hand to work on 'Scenes of Life' with liberty and above all, for his patience as it'd really taken me too long to complete this song.
Really enjoyed working with him and I consider it as a great pleasure. Hope we'll work on more music together in future.
