Watlz inspired intro which flows into a very nice old school R&B Groove

In late 1993, I was working on this waltz inspired progression when Randy came into the room humming a very nice melody line. The words "and I can't take it anymore" came from his mouth and the rest of the song followed. I've played this song live over the years but the groups that I was in between it's inception and recording weren't interested in recording it. They felt that it was weak. I didn't do anything with this tune until July 2003 when I went to Utah on vacation and visited with Randy.
