"Stand Before You" was written in 1998, and has evolved little from its inception. Hear progressive Rock, pop, metal, blues and alternative influences. Jeff Blumer, singer/songwriter for the band, presented the basic idea of the song to Mark, Mark & Sam in early 2003. Each contributing various nuances of their diverse musical backgrounds, the song evolved into its present state. This is by no means its final resting point, contrary to the lyrical suggestion!
