Layered guitar tracks provide a thick backdrop for the aggressive vocals and solos in this song. This 7 minute epic highlights R.Mutt's ability to incorporate numerous sounds, meters and textures into a song.

About the song
The main guitar riff was written after a good listen to Black Sabbath's "Sweet Leaf". The bit before the chorus ('down here, man') was somewhat inspired by a tune from the second Urban Dance Squad album. These two parts were originally worked on by Mike and Jim and then sat around in R.Mutt limbo for a few months while we struggled to find a way to put them together in a song. Ron wrote the line from the long bridge and forced us to put it all together. Jim figured out the vocals for the bit before the chorus as Mike and Paul came up with the rest of the lyrics. Besides John Ross, this song definitely took the longest time for us to get together.
