Give me a brief bio of the project.
I grew up in Salt Lake City with my parents, my three sisters, and my three brothers. I inherited my passion for music from both of my parents. My mother would sing in the church choir and both of us would sing duets. My father used to be a drummer and I have good rhythm due to him. When I was very young I would often do recordings at home, usually a variety of song genres. I could never really say when I started singing. I just enjoyed it so much, that I knew at a very, very early age that I wanted to be a singer. Apart from singing, I’m an artist and I've been writing off and on for eight years. Next to dance music, I also love gospel, celtic/gaelic, alternative rock, progressive rock, jazz, instrumental, classical, as well as a variety of other music types.
How do you feel you fit in with the Arizona music scene?
I have only been in Arizona since January. I've written and recorded more songs since I've been here than at previous locations.
Explain one of your favorite songs and why it stands out.
A song that I like is called "Foreign" because it talks about the world and how it has changed so much and that we should try to make it better and stop the chaos that has saturated the world with war and other detrimental actions.
What’s up next for you?
I am hoping that I can perform live and get other people to join me for collaborations.
