Horror on St.Lime's Hill
Listening to a damien storm album is like curling up in front of the tv watching a favorite universal classic horror movie - this time highlighted with steller fretwork and extremely unique vocals.Damien's use of sound effects to punctuate the haunted stories told in every song is a great touch."Raven in the Courtyard" immediately grabbed my attention. The title track is a richly textured tapestry of a tale, both musically and lyrically."Dr. Vulcan's Laboratory Experiment" conjures images of a mad scientist's laboratory."Zekey Zombie" has an undisputable voodoo vibe.

Horror Storylines
Damien blends horror storylines and FX with stellar fretwork and unique vocals for a sound all his own, as evidenced on his concept albums, "House Atop The Hill", "Ghost Town", and "Horror on St. Lime’s Hill", and the EP, "Entities". (Damien’s song "Zekey Zombie" was included in the horror movie Graveyard starring Canadian heavy metal legend THOR.

most original music out there
Damien Storm is the most unique original sounding act on the face of the earth.Nothing else sounds anything like this and i can't hear any influences in his music, which makes it even more original. If you don't get it now,it may take ten years for you to get it.It's one of my favorite things to listen to.

Fromación ideal para una banda?
Damien Storm (músico que combina musica de horror con heavy Metal) en todos los instrumentos y voces, y yo con la máquina de café.

pure horror
There is nothing more amazing in the annals of "Horror Metal." Once it entered my sound system it couldn't be removed. I can't stop playing this CD. I now own 2 copies so I can keep one with me at all times. It envelopes your mind with RAW POWER. After my first listen I felt like a 12-foot raven chewed my face off. IT REALLY IS THAT HEAVY. If you only buy one CD this year, make this "the one". I guarantee that you will share this masterpiece with everyone you know. YOU CAN'T GET THESE SONGS OUT OF YOUR HEAD!!! Pure HORROR at it's finest!!! I can't wait for the DVD!!!!

music or monster?
Damien Storm is a very different musical act.I'ts heavy music that is scary.I dont know whether to take him as a rock act,or a monster like dracula.Either way i'm totally into this sound and mystic. He has songs that drive hard like "cylindrical presence," yet still has some cool slow creepy stuff like "bedtyme story."Check out his music and you wont be sorry.

the weirdest thing i've ever seen
Last year he played in New York, I had no idea who or what to expect. I assumed it was just a normal
band with a stupid name. Seriously the weirdest "band" I've ever seen, and I've seen gwar. Highly
entertaining! If just for weirdness factor alone. Plus his bizarre singing gets stuck in your head.
Weather forecast-DAMIEN STORM!!
Damien Storm is back with part 2 of his amazing horror concept, "Horror on St. Limes Hill." A worthy follow up to his previous masterpiece, "Ghost Town", this album brings the listenner on a horror-filled journey with Johnny, the main character in this concept. The thing about this genious called Damien Storm, is that it is so wrong that it's right. Damien Storm is a one-man Metal orchestra who has the strangest music and image imaginable. Wearing 1920s style horror film masks with extremely large, phallic noses, singing in a high pitched, eerie vocal tone that goes completely out of key on many occasions, as does his guitar solos, Damien Storm is deffinitely an aquired taste. What would possess anyone to look or sound like this? Possibly a true genious? The greatest idea in Metal history? I cannot compare this demon to any other band. It is 100% originality at its best. I hope this review helped. You can visit Damien on the web at [local website]
