I'm listening your track "House of Pain". I really dig this track. The Atmospheres are very dark and I really dig it. I really dig the vocal fx's. This track can really give you a vision of a horror movie or maybe a really necro type of movie. And then when the drum kicks in the drums are dark too. Which I really dig the beat and it doesn't lose anything from the begining. Nice track man. So in conclusion a very awesome dark rave track. The begining was great the fx f***ing great. Keep that sh*** up man.

Listening to "House Of Pain" right now... I love the intro, damn, it's moody. Nice work on the intro. I would have prefered the kicks to come in right after the intro, though. But hey, the way it is now still works well. I could feel the crashes distorting a bit too much for my liking, though (hey, never thought I'd say something like THAT)

As for the rest of the track... well, do I really need to say anything? Really. Come on. Quality stuff, as is most of your work. Really driving, in your face stuff.

Bad points : The intro was a bit too long, the vocals are occasionally too much for me (not really big on pitched up/cartoon/rave/whatever vox), and there's just not enough of the tune...

Still, it's a hell of a ride.

House Of Pain (OO7 Remix): so you finally got it finished, eh? Great use of Digi's vocals, she will be pleased. And the many screaming vox samples really create a scary atmosphere. Ok, thats the intro over with, the spooky strings fade out. Here comes that typical hardcore beat. Really good kick and bass once it gets going. Spooky break-down... vocal slicing :P funky work. Once the second bass comes in along with the sliced vox it really creates a rave feel. Ok... breakdown, spooky outro vox... and the end.

Yea, really love what you've done with the whole house of pain idea. Great production, especailly vocal use. Well done.

1 Aniss007 - Go Insane (Cut Edit) :: 75/100 :: WOW!I really like how you've used the effects, and vocals. The only things that I find "not good" with this was that high pitched thing that comes in and pans left/right at the beginning and it tends to distort. This is by far the best track in this competition, and really reflects what I put in the word "Hardcore" (except... that other thing...)

Ok, really dark intro. I don't know but the intro reminds of Africa or something. I love the effects and the female-"vocals". Kick starts, and it is superb. I still think that the hihats are too sharp. Nice break there, and treble-kick. I like the reverb in the treble-kick, nice. Like the name says, this is INSANE. I just love your way using the effects. The effects are the heart of this track. The outro is good, with the heartbeat-sensor sound.

As promised, I'm listening to some of your tracks. Now I'll be honest, techno hardcore isn't really my thing so I'm trying to fair and objective. First thing I will say is that you have a good style. You build melodies really well and there are some interesting concepts in there. 'Go Insane' is a really interesting piece. It starts off so differently from most of the stuff I listen to on soundclick. I like the distorted vocals a lot, and the track has a good beat and the toms work really well. The hard thumping bass works well for this genre of music and you've got it spot on. There's some nice breaks and changes of percs. My own style would be have more harmonies or pads in there, but then you don't sit well with ambient, I don't sit well with hard techno *lol*. You definately have a good style though my friend. the whole feel of the track is very good, its very well put together - ahh, now we have some sweeping pads in there which I really like, so I take back my last comment. There's a lot of variety in there. Not over keen on the high pitched 'alarm' sample I'm afraid but again its all subjective isn't it.

You certainly have talent my friend. I don't feel i can really comment onjectively because of my style preferences but I can spot a well laid down track and a lot of imagination going into it. The beats hold well and the variation is so good it really held my attention, which is no mean feat.

What a bloody intro! – There was an Angel (in red?) stood in front of hundreds, including myself. Bright blue mist fills the sky and light reflects down on us all. She’s turned Lilac, even her aura is now a mystical sort of ultra violet.

She talks such sense, many if not all here watching, listening and partikularly feeling her energies. I can feel the compassion and Love she has for us, but I can also feel her understanding of us thus far too. To say she was unimpressed would be an understatement as your mid section showed, she understands us so well that she has all the right to be angry. Then as your outro lives it’s short but meaningful life, I feel she still sees a glimmer of hope.

That track is utterly fantastic and just goes to show another of many more reasons why your flash on my boards. I’ll be by for more coz the more I hear, the more I Loves yur music man, but for mo’ gotta go, many more peeps ta thank.

go insane is the best hardstyle track i have had the pleasure of listening to in a long while mate .

Here I am, yoyoman. Impressive, your music. You are only 17 on your identity card, but you wouldn't say that listening to your music, you already have a lot of experience man, an you do it right ! How do you want me to review you, with all those track you already have ? I listened to "Go Insane" and you love to make music creepy and very weird and your music IS CREEPY ... oups ... Ravemasters is very "soft" saying it sounds like a "smoke detector" (those "bibs"). To me it is a time bomb running just before the detonator explodes and I wanted to throw my headphones away instinctively, so creepy it sounds. But that's exactly what you want because you like scary things :o)
When I went to school till 15 years ago I also hated school, and I loved that song about it, the voice of that girl is well chosen, a pretty voice, it brings some sensuality in your song and later enhanced with a lot of FX it fits nicely in your song. Than a countdown : 5 4 3 2 1 0 "the state will be terminated" Again that "dramatic" part of the song, as if it were your personal signature or stamp in that song.
I will stop my comments here, Mister "Horror_Movie_Soundtrack Specialist" : Creepy music, good music because it's well done, with care.

And I’d so Love to forget this World because of all it’s nastiness – but cant !
Now many would consider me already Insane, Lol but lets see where your track goes.

I feel with that dark start like I’ve taken a trip inside my own head, but part of it I rarely trip out in nowadays. Darkness here, being lit in an orange glow, like that of a flickering fire and all around I hear the voices, chanting in my ears…Then the voice of a child telling me to Go insane but why, am I not already there…….
It certainly sounds like insanity knockin wiv dat kik bangin away in my head…

I now see a man in a field, on his knees, leaning backwards with his arms held up above his head like he wants to encompass the setting Sun as it drops below the horizon and orange becomes Black his head rolls forward to the floor just in front of his knees.
Now holding the sides of his head tightly he lets out a scream that seems like it’ll never end. The pain of all the wrongs ever dun him wells up inside and there’s no way to hold it back any longer.
The anger surges thru him, revenge of ages about to come to pass and as the anger builds, the energy causes every muscle to contract and his muscles grow in stature. Now almost like his whole body is being stung by 1000’s of bees he can contain himself no more….
One almighty scream and with his head pumpin like it was a huge KiCk dRum, he’s off in search of those who regarded him no respect………As he is about to leave the field on his way to exact his revenge he pauses a moment, turns around and looks back to where he came from and sees the body lying there motionless, Dead.

In an instant he’s back on course to hunt down those that crossed him while he was alive…………..
Now nothing can stop his insanity!

Great intro 007, strong & meaningful, love the trancey melody on this track, with a kind of Kaftwerk feel on the main beat, little abstract elements here & there give it a dark edge. Love the change of pace towards the end, nice surprise there as things start to feel more positive … the end of suffering maybe?
I get the feeling this tune has come from your own experiences or feelings in some way, as a kind of hopeful statement is being made.

great editing on the sawtooth synth oh fuk me listen to that bassline man this FUKIN ROCKS!!
this is done in the DJ Scot project theme and you got that nailed.
I for one am staying and facing this kick ass bassline and groove.
this is going in to my ACTIVE SHARP CUTS radio for sure.
There are some excellent panning editing in this and the movement is good.
Great pads @ 6 mins this is realy a driving track.

My first listening to "Go Insane" gave a sort of confused feeling, but after reading the storypage the differnt parts of the songs gets much clearer.
IMO a story that suits the song very good. You´re skilled at using effects. There´s a lot of emotions and pictures that pop-up whilst listening.
Often this kind of music sounds "crappy" as I see it, but you really have a great skill with adding all the pieces so it becomes "right"....

btw. It´s a very sad and scarey story ;)

definitely my style(the beat) bass line, average hardcore but goes well,

try with the conga/snare thing,
ending is okay with the old heart moniter but maybe you could have the heart beat like pumping really fast where they/whoever has gone insane and then slow it down into the vocals,

I like this one quite a lot. The vocals although i don't know what they're saying are suiting for this particluar piece. The beginning is one one of the best I have personally heard on ejay. I like the drips in the background.

Bad Points
Lacks a beat, apart from at the beginning where it appears to build into something, which it doesn't. Builds into drips? Although i downloaded the proper mp3 of this it still was lacking quality unfortunatly.

I'm gonna say this quick: The kick is too heavy (at least too high), it may be the bass too that makes it like that, though... And when the synth is playing with the heavy kick and excellent bass it becomes distorted too, and at some times it sounds unsynced with the kick. Like it starts at 2/4 and not 1/4... If you understand...

The rhythm overall is good; it has that hardstyle feel and it flows very good. Only problem is volumes. It may be that you have used too heavy compression on it too, wich makes things distort.
Ok, the vocals may seem a bit awkward at times, but at places where it's used as effects, they're great!

Overall, the track has some serious volume and distortion problems, but the structure is good. -it has a nice Picotto feel!

Wow... great intro, exellent atmosphere (due probably to pads in backround), energetic (<--spelt right?) synths are great, great drum work too, and some wacky effects! Quite alot of smooth, well thought out breaks make the song very interesting. Good ouo. Well done m8, you keep getting better. This is one blazer of a ack... and a deffinite "hot" vote 4 you. I'd give ya some conuctive critisism, but I don't know what to say... hmmm... maybe the one thing thats needs improving is the bass: it need to be louder and more expresive in oder to boost the song more, when the synths come in.

Awesome intro man, i felt as if i was watchin a news item about a school that had all it's teachers killed by the pupils. Something im sure many would like to do, but i personally never felt that way about school or the teachers, it was the pupils for me mate. I channelled that hate across just for the teachers while listening to your track.
I second the awesome comment but its not the intro this time mate, its the track itself. I can see where you're coming from and you tell your story very well my friend. Your huge beat had me imagining that i was knocking out all the teachers with a baseball bat as i walked round the playground. Firstly big apologies for still not having been by but like you’ve got school that ties up so much time I have life doing it to me. Anyway I’m trying to rectify that for everyone who has been a friend to me and am here for that reason mate.
I started by listening to songs I’ve already reviewed which include ‘HATE School’, twice because I really like this track, it really duz take me back to how I felt about school, although it wasn’t the work I hated, it was a few of the teachers and a hell of a lot of the students! If I was who I am now and I met those same ppl today they wouldn’t believe I am me! Niether would I actually
Advise to you though mate and I’m sure you’ve heard it before, but enjoy it while you can because it rarely gets easier.
Next was ‘Angels in the Rain’ is still as beautiful as the first time I heard it. Rain holds so much beauty, the way it refracts light to reveal a rainbow and that rainbow exists in every drop if you look carefully. This rain is pours forth from clouds that it originally created and I’ve yet to see one that doesn’t have some form of beauty which can be seen if you look thru the right eyes. You can use a process called ‘Simulacra’ which entails creating an image or shape from something like a cloud or monolithic stone, or if lightning is present that in itself is awe inspiring, together with thunder just absolutely magnificent. Water is also the most important component for creating Life itself…………………I love the rain and also love this track, it paints all the right pictures.
Finally on this rerun we have ‘Alien Vibes’ and again another excellent start, real spacey and got a nice beat and bass going, but didn’t paint like the other two did for me. This is probably due to the other two being so good. Even so its still nicely done and I could quite easily dance away to it man.

So for me, my fave of yours thus far has got to be ‘Angels in the Rain’ now I go in search of a possible challenger – today it’ll be ‘Ghost Dog’ because I have heard this title before and wonder what this will be like……………..
The intro has a big feel to it, slowly I rise into the air and float away……….Stomping footsteps being provided by 1000’s of warrior marching towards their objective, never once any fear in their minds…
Well its not gonna beat Angels as favourite, but I do like this, it carries some attitude wiv it too, yeah most enjoyable.

I’m a victim of hardstyle mate and victim is a great choice in words….it aint like I’m being a victim, it’s like I’m giving meself no choice but to be one. This has me smilin at thinking you’ve created a style of your own here mate ‘HeadBanger Techno’ You see during my younger days (many moons ago,lol) I was massively into Head Banging Rock man. Standing inside those huge speakers and just nuttin everyfin in site for pure rhythmic pleasure. This track is seriously Bangin from all directions, even down to that whole moments rest you giv us at 2.28 and 3.36
Now I’m on me 2nd sitting, only I wont be sittin still that’s for sure, I got a Cd cabinet on the wall in front of me and if I were it then I would be worried by that look in my eye at present, I feel like a nasty cartoon soldier in a line that stretches as far as I can see either side and we're all marchin, heads down straight at the enemy lines. Anythin they throw at us just gets nutted out the way and I finks de other team is lookin a lil worried. Which of course they wouldn’t be if they like us had this stompin in their eardrums.
Well 007 this is one serious tune youse put together here and I am gonna be high on the energy I feel being pumped thru me from those poor little eardrums,Lol
