From The Man R Johnson Himself..
"Clean Green Dirty Money Blues" Another catchy slow blues number from Aardvark. The chord pattern was really sweet in this one, I mean really nice. THe tasteful harp playing which is par for the course on this page, added a lot to this song and I really like the guitar solo. No showboating but, drove the point home just the same. The opening lines of the solo were particularly ear pleasing.
Also..Featured Song 8/2/2001 Sagebrush Signs & Tumbleweed Tears The overall mood and feel of this tune is beautiful. It was very Clapton-esque. While it seemed to lack a definitive melody, the chordal progession was sweet and it moves effortlessly through it's changes. The use of the slide dobro was excellent and the piano interplay was also very nice. Good production, there's a lot going on and you can hear it all. Good film underscore material - sets a definite mood.

Filippo Bertacche..Italy's Jazz Drummer Extroidinaire & FunkDawg
Roy's Blues" Crying blues from the heart of my friend Jasper Mills and from vibrant chords of his guitar! Have a nice listen! Also.."Even The Score Blues" another "live" collaboration between me and Jasper, born from a blues drums pattern and developed by Jasper with his lovely guitar and his unexpected warm voice!!My sincere compliments to you Jasper!!!And.."The Loney Beat Of My Heart"...This is really passionate blues with warmly leading guitar by Jasper Mills, author of this beautiful blues ballad. He asked me to record a slowly drums pattern, trying to imagine his music paint project. So I sat down on my drums set and started to grooving on... Between us... only an ocean! We started to work on Jasper's projects by Internet, me in Italy (Vicenza) and Jasper in Ohio, United States.

Review From Matt Thorpe...UK's Finest
Roy's Blues and I have to say this is outstanding work. This has to be one of the best things I've heard you play. Is this a turning point in you're playing ? You were always saying that its coming back day by day week by week but this was so fluid like you had found something you had missed before, maybe an extra finger !!!

Kind Review From A Great Band "Smokin Gun Blues Band"
Let me begin by saying that I'm real thankful that you're not playin' in the bar down the street from our gig! Then let me say that we will share any stage with you,any time...just listened to a tune on your page! HUZZAH!! "Macon House Slide" Folks this is real blues...it's tight, and right, and very smooth! Excellent slide work, tasty background guitar work, rhythm section that works together to form a solid platform for the soloists. Even the harp was good...Damn! I hate it when I can't find anything wrong ....A heluva Blues Cat! If y'all don't pick up on these tunes, you're really missing some great Blues/Rock!

Words From A Respected Guitar Man
Jasper Mills is undoubtably one of the finest people that I have met being associated on MP3.COM. Jasper has a true heart and it can be felt when listening to his music. I strongly recommend picking up at least one of his CD's. In todays day and age of musicians battling it out to be on top of the charts Jasper knows that's not the most important thing to fullfill his visions. Many artists on MP3.COM would run over anyone who stands in there way to get to the top and believe me I have met quite a few. Jasper is a true friend a fine spirit. I am going to make a point of meeting up with him one day soon when my summer concert tour is to be announced. Give Jasper a serious listen its blues form the heart ! JACK FALK MP3 INDIE BLUES
