super short recording i did because i was bored. my flatmate wrote this yesterday but couldn't get his layers to sound good recorded, so i figured i'd give it a go.

Just a quick test i recorded testing a new guitar patch and drum preset. i'm off to Europe for a month or so tomorrow and i'll have no guitar, so i figured i should record something while i still can! updated; now with different drums!

me trying out a new drum preset in superior 2.0. same as the impulse test i did, but with new drum sounds, i left the old one up for comparison.

This is just a couple riffs i had in my head that i figured i'd better record. i'll turn it into an actual song later maybe. UPDATED: re-recorded guitars and bass and tweaked the mix overall a bit. yay dynamic range!

Recorded this one with my strat which has a JB jr. in it. Updated drum mix and eq'd the guitars a teensy bit. bass to come! ...hopefully

Finally started using Cubase SX3 to record guitars and program drums, I'm still trying to get the feel of how it all works. This song was written as it was recorded, so it doesn't really go anywhere, haha. I still need to add bass.
