Yamaha Sythn played through a Crate amp with added effect, accoustic rhythm added with electric lead guitar
Simple sythn and guitar piece, I think it feels like Sunday so that's what I called it.
I got the accoustic riff stuck in my head and I have been trying to make a song of it ever since. This is part 1, hope to have aloud shouty version of it soon.
Rock guitar piece, simple chord sequence played with distortion and wah. Bass & drums added.
I am a big Rory Gallagher fan and I was trying to learn a song of his called 'I fall apart'. The chord sequence for that song inspired this. Both the rhthym and lead parts are played on an Epiphone LP100 with a capo on the third fret
This is really pretty simple but I think it works well. The drum and backing keyboard parts are played on the Yamaha MM6 synth. But to get the sound I ran it through a Boss DS1, Danelectro reverb and FX on a Crate FRX65.
This came out of nowhere, I was just playing a few power chords and the riff cam along. I recorded the riff first then added the drums. the lead was added last.
I am not really any good on the keyboard but I think that this works OK the piano part and the additional strings are all played on a Yamaha MM6 synth played through a Peavey keyboard amp. The guitar on top is a Epiphone LP100.
This is really just a demo, but I love the riff. Its played on the Yamaha MM6. The guitar is just pure adlib.
This is an instrumental experiment using a Yamaha MM6 synth. I laid down the drum track and basic background on one track and then then recorded a synth 'lead' part on a second track. Both the bass and guitar parts are played with a lot of wah.
Simple accoustic guitar - This is a really simple guitar piece played on a very cheap ($95.00) Rogue accustic/electric. It's played through a Crate FX65 amp with just a little bit of reverb.
Soft Rock demo - This is the first peice of music I recorded. The rhythm and lead guitar parts are both played on a cheap Yamaha strat copy. It was recorded on a Fostex digital 8 track in my un-finished basement.
Early this year I had to move out of the basement because of construction work. This meant that I had to pack the drums away and resort to synth. The backing track and drums are played on a Yamaha MM6 synth.
Synth/Guitar demo - As the title says 'The miracle of synth'! I put this together when I first got the Yamaha MM6. The back ground storm, the footsteps and the door slamming are all played on the synth.
Instrumental Rock demo - This is recorded in the basement again. I dont really like the sound of the drums or the intro, but I was trying to get some interesting percussion effects with the cow bells and tamborine.
