We were listening to beats and I was breaking down God's purpose for us, and my producer said, 'Go in the booth and say that'. So I said a prayer, opened my mouth and this is what came out.
This is my title track. Its a crossover track with rock elements to it. But it was written with the passion to glorify the greatness of Christ, and mandatory death of old self.
Hot track that could have been fluff, but I had to put that life giving message over this head-noddin beat. Go 'head, nod your head like you know somethin'.
Close to my heart. I got emotional writing this track, and the hook speaks about all of us that have been born again. I think its just a real song.
This song was written about the one thing everybody has in common, temptation. Shiloh's delivery is perfect for the track.
