It's a song about the Philippine-American War and it's continuing effects on the Philippines and its people.
A song I wrote for my late mother Estelita Savella Ramirez. It was written a year after she died.
The title is literally translated in English as Talk-Talk, or more approriately loose talk. It's what happens when people just insist on their own point of view.
The song is an appeal to the people of the Philippines to help their country by taking care of the environment and exercising there right to vote.
