A tone poem about loss and recovery I wrote when I was about 17 years old. The progression of the piece is supposed to be representative of the healing process one undergoes after an experience of grief or heartache.

Holst's influence on my composition is abundantly clear here. This is very Mars-esque. Also, it's a bit harmonically reminiscent of Hans Zimmer's 'Gladiator Waltz'.
A little bluegrass blurb I wrote on the banjo. Orchestrated the other instruments after tracking the banjo. Pretty early in terms of my comprehension of studio production.
Think of Edgar Allen Poe's, "The Pit and the Pendulum". Originally written for piano and later arranged for Cello and Violin.
