LEASING RIGHTS
You will receive an encoded MP3 file of the untagged song, and/or a copy of the raw WAV file. The song file can be delivered digitally or through the mail on a CD. Leasing rights allow you to use the beat (or song) for ONE commercial recording or broadcast. This recording can then be distributed at your price for up to 2,000 copies. Selling more than 2,000 copies means you must acquire a new lease or exclusive rights. You may also use the beat for non-profit promotional use or demos. You have full rights to record, alter, mix the beat/song in any shape, way, or form (except reselling the beat). You will receive a contract in the mail granting you non-exclusive rights to the beat. In the event that someone buys exclusive rights to the beat you have leased, your rights shall stand and the beat is still yours to use. You may also acquire new leasing rights if you sell more than 2,000 copies since your contract predates exclusive sale. The seller will not receive a royalty from the sale of records or downloads. You must however give full credit to the seller (artist and/or producer name) on all commercial recordings. Upon purchasing leasing rights, the seller still owns the beat(s) and the seller is able to resell the beat(s) to any other party until exclusive rights have been purchased.

EXCLUSIVE LICENSING
Agreement made between “You” (the artist) and
Blink BeaTs (Sweeney Homsombath) “Me” (the producer, copyright holder).
Effective beginning. Both you and I agree as follows:

I. The Purpose of this Agreement is for “Me” to:
(a) Grant you certain “Exclusive Rights” to the following beat(s) produced and
legally owned by Me: .
(b) Require certain obligations for you to meet.
(c) Acknowledge receipt of Your “payment” of by way of
. (d) Express my rights and obligations as the composer and producer of the beat(s)
II. I grant you the Exclusive Rights to:
(a) Record “music” containing in whole or in parts of the beat(s)
(b) Mix, master or re-engineer in whole or in parts of the beat(s)
(c) Publish music in any and all parts of the world
(d) Distribute music in any and all parts of the world
(e) Perform and broadcast music in any and all parts of the world
(f) Make money related in whole or in part of the music through any and all
ways except when granting others non-exclusive rights to the beat(s)
III. I Obligate you to:
(a) Give me credit as the composer and producer of the beat(s) in all situations
where the music is credited, distributed, published, broadcast. Or performed

” (b). Send to me at no cost one (1) 16-bit CD-quality or 128-bit MP3 or better
quality copy of the music recorded.
(c) Advertise and promote Me (if you choose to advertise and promote Me) only
in good intention
IV. The following rights, obligations, and acknowledgements concern Me. I:
(a) Own the copyrights to the beat(s)
(b) Have any other rights relating directly or indirectly to the beat(s) that are
not in violation of anything stated in this agreement.
(c) Am obligated to send you the beat(s) in a stereo 16-bit format CD quality or
128-bit or better MP3 and WAV file on a CD-R disk, FTP Server or Email
(d) Am obligated to remove the beat(s) from the internet sales (discontinue
Non-Exclusive Sales)
(e) Acknowledge receipt of your payment
V. General:
(a) You are bound to the agreement by your payment made to Me. Your
payment is kept in my record.
(b) If for any reason I experience a charge-back of your payment, you must
pay me the amount of the charge-back promptly.
