DUTIES OF Supreme Regime Entertainment
Supreme Regime Entertainment agrees to use reasonable efforts in the performance of the following duties: provide artist with the original recordings of the beat and allow non-exclusive use via performance through digital/analog recording which the artist will maintain non-exclusive rights for 1 year (365 days) from date of the signed agreement.

IT IS HEREBY UNDERSTOOD
Supreme Regime Entertainment is an organization, which specializes in music cal composition and production for the music of the kind performed by the Artist.

There may be other compensation arrangements between Artist and Supreme Regime Entertainment in the event that a recording or publishing deal is obtained and accepted by Artist for music affiliated with this acceptable and negotiable arrangement during the time of the non-exclusive agreement going forward. In this case 3 points and production credit will be awarded for production of the work.

Supreme Regime Entertainment is not responsible for copyrights, publishing or any legal disputes between artist and any other entity. It is understood that Supreme Regime Entertainment has no rights to artist/group’s material.

It is understood that Supreme Regime Entertainment is a member of The Better Business Bureau and will abide by the BBB code of ethics and good business practices.

Supreme Regime Entertainment does not guarantee a record deal and/or publishing deal of any kind. This date starts at the time the Group/Artist and Supreme Regime Entertainment signs the non-exclusive contract. The artist will forward payment and agreement with proper information to Supreme Regime Entertainment. We hold the right to accept or deny any submissions by Group/Artist regardless of service fees received. A full refund will occur in this case.

It is understood that the Group/Artist will retain the services of Supreme Regime Entertainment, for production and delivery of beat discussed via CD, File, or both medians, which will include a payment from Artist/group for services of $ ________ (U.S. dollar).

Artist/group understands that the laws of the state of New York shall govern the agreement. The parties agree that only New York State county court shall have jurisdiction over this legal document. Any controversy arising out of the non-exclusive agreement shall be litigated in New York, the United States of America.


COVENANT OF GOOD FAITH AND FAIR DEALING.
Company and Artist agree to perform their obligations under this Agreement, in all respects,
In good faith. Supreme Regime Entertainment agrees to maintain correspondence via Internet, phone & e-mail solely when either parties have questions or concerns.

RIGHT TO REFUND
If you pay all or any portion of a fee you have 78 hours from date of submission to a full refund, within the guidelines of this agreement, then Supreme Regime Entertainment shall, upon your request, return the amount paid. This clause has variables and may not apply to files sent via email and already downloaded previous to refund request.
