Accepted payment:
The digitally recorded track "track name" issued on MP3 and produced by Exel is leased to "Artist Name". The Upfront cost of the track totals $20. Masters are the property of Exel Muzik.
The recorded track is leased to "Artist Name" for use as part of live or recorded musical performance by whom he/she deems fit.
This lease expressly forbids remixing or sampling of the track as it exist on the disc, reformatted for use in a digital sampler or sample playback unit, or resynthesized or otherwise edited for use as sounds, samples, programs, patches or wave guides in any medium or format whatsoever, excepting musical performance or recording.
Any usage not specifically allowed by this lease, including but not limited to any usage by an unlicensed individual or organization, will be prosecuted to the maximum possible extent under the law. By receiving this printed contract you agree to the above terms and gain leasing rights to the track "Track name".
