CONTRACT AGREEMENT INFORMATION FOR MUSICAL PRODUCTION

This contract agreement information states and declares that Complex Melodies Productions will produce a full musical track for artists/groups in the amount of $100.00 Non Exclusive and $500.00 Exclusive musical tracks and all tracks are negotiable. Artist may place downpayments or make partial payments until the production is paid for with many flexible options. Once full payment is received a multi wav. file CD and an audio CD of the full track will be shipped within 48 hours to purchaser. The Audio CD will contain the full musical in the form of the song and the data CD will contain individual tracks in multitrack format for studio dropping.

There also is an understanding that purchaser has exclusive rights to the track only if they pay the negotiated exclusive price. The nonexclusive option simply means that Complex Melodies has the further right to continue to sell the same track to other artists as well at the nonexclusive price. Once a track is sold as a nonexclusive track type, it will not be changed or sold in the future as an exclusive track.

CY is a very creative and versatile producer. All tracks are custom tracks meaning, tracks can be edited to custom fit your desire. Music can be added or any type style track can be made.

Purchasers must give credit inside cd label and list him as a producer in publishing to CY for Music created which should read as follows: ‘Produced by CY of Complex Melodies Productions.’
