Contract: based on SoundClick's licensing suggestions

All tracks can be remastered for length, number of verses/chorus/breaks, or instrumentation on request. Negotiations for cost of remaster will be considered, but base prices will be 20% of base cost of track (license cost for licensing, exclusive cost for exclusive purchase). Also, on request I can provide a sampler of all tracks I have available to purchase, including sampled tracks that are not on SoundClick. Bear in mind, sampled contract will include terms wherein purchaser is responsible for clearing ALL samples used and Producer holds no responsibility in clearing said samples.
