With leasing rights, I may resell the beat to anyone else and you are allowed to use the instrumental for one commercial album release or demo song. If you do decide later you want to purchase exclusive rights, the price you paid for the lease will be deducted from the exclusive price. Leasing prices are $100 per beat. COMMERCIAL RIGHTS:
Prices for commercial rights range from $500 and up per beat... With exclusive rights any beat purchased will no longer be sold to anyone else after purchase and removed from the website... You are permitted to use tracks granted commercial rights for album singles, radio play, public events and anything profitable except TRANSFER AND/OR RESALE... You will receive 2 cd's.
