LEASING RIGHTS
You will receive an 256kbps encoded MP3 file of the untagged beat. The song file will be delivered through E-mail or through mail on a CD upon the purchasers demand. Leasing rights allow you to use the beat for "ONE" recording of a song. This recording can then be distributed at the buyer’s price for up to 1,000 copies. No radio uses or live performances will be allowed. If someone buys exclusive rights to the beat you have leased, your rights shall stand and the beat is still yours to use. You may also purchase new leasing rights if you sell more than 1000 copies since your contract came before the exclusive sale. You will also recieve a contract, either through email, or mail granting you non-exclusive rights. The buyer must however give credit to the producer. Tracking-out service is not avaliable.

EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS
You will receive a tracked-out .WAV file of the beat, The beat file will be delivered through through mail on a CD. Exclusive rights grant you unlimited commercial recordings and broadcasts. You have full rights to record, and/or alter, mix, etc. the beat in any form that you wish, but you cannot sell this beat again. You will receive a contract either through email or in the mail granting you exclusive rights to the beat. You own the recording. Need 4 Beatz can no longer lease or sell the beat except for prior leasing rights holders. Need 4 Beatz will not receive a royalty from the sale of records or downloads.

SPECIAL USES: TV, Movies, Commercials, Websites
• Charity organizations: can use song for free, but must give full credit to Need 4 Beatz
• Student projects for school/college: can use song for free, but must give full credit to Need 4 Beatz
• Commercials, In-house, company publications: for publications with less than 50,000 viewers exclusive rights suffice. Terms will be discussed for larger publications.
• Websites (less than 100,000 monthly hits): leasing rights suffice
• Websites (other): must purchase exclusive rights
• TV/Movie: terms are to be discussed
