LEASING:
- $100 each.
- You will receive an encoded MP3 file of the untagged song, and/or a copy of the raw WAV file. The song file can be delivered only digitally.
- Leasing rights allow you to use the beat (or song) for one commercial recording or broadcast.
- You may sell up to 2000 copies of the songs that you make with these beats
- You sell more than 2000 copies, you must contact me at sc@chok for a royalty agreement contract.
- You may also use the beat for non-profit promotional use or demos. You don't have the permission to reselling the beat.
- All rights of Composition do not belong to the buyer (artist).
- Upon purchasing leasing rights, the seller still owns the beat(s) and the seller is able to resell the beat(s) to any other party until exclusive rights have been purchased.
- You shall acknowledge the original authorship of the composition (credits)
appropriately and reasonably in all media and performance format under the name "SC Productions" in writin where possible and vocally otherwise.

EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS:
- $1000 to 3000 per track.
- You will receive an encoded MP3 file of the untagged song, and/or a copy of the raw WAV file. The song file can be delivered digitally or through the mail on a CD.
- You will receive a contract in the mail granting you exclusive rights to the beat.
- By purchasing with this option it grants you unlimited commercial recordings and broadcasts.
- You may sell up to 2000 copies of the songs that you make with these beats
- You sell more than 2000 copies, you must contact me at sc@chok for a royalty agreement contract.
- Exclusive licensing does not allow you to re-sell the licensed beat by itself or transfer any of the rights licensed. After purchasing you purchase the exclusive rights, we will remove the offering and downloadability of the beat that is exclusively licensed and no longer sell any further licenses on the beat.
- You shall acknowledge the original authorship of the composition (credits)
appropriately and reasonably in all media and performance format under the name "SC Productions" in writin where possible and vocally otherwise.

PAYMENT:
- Upon payment, the beat that you have purchased will be burned as an audio cd format or in a data format (.wav, .aiff, .mp3 format of your choice), and can be sent out by via email or regular mail along with 2 contracts signed by me giving you the bought rights.
