LEASED RIGHTS -

You will receive a raw WAV file untagged. The song file(s) will be delivered through the mail on a CD(s). Leased rights will allow you to use the beat(s) on any projects that are 10,000 copies or under. Once you exceed 10,000 copies, you must purchase the leased rights again for up to another 10,000. In the event exclusive rights are obtained, your leased rights will still stand and you may still re-purchase the leased rights if you wish to produce another 10,000. You will receive a contract in the mail granting you leased rights to the beat(s). Street Poetry Productions will not receive a royalty from the sale of records or downloads. You must however give full credit to the producer ( Chuch for Street Poetry Productions ) for beat production on any broadcast or recording.

You will recieve a reciept including the amount paid and the amount of leased rights purchased.

AFTER THE FIRST PURCHASE, ALL LEASED RIGHTS ON THE BEAT YOU HAVE GO DOWN TO HALF PRICE IF YOU WISH TO PRODUCE ANOTHER 10,000. IF YOU BOUGHT YOUR BEAT DURING OUR HALF OFF DEAL, YOU PAY ONLY HALF OF THE HALF OFF PRICE!!!

EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS -

You will receive a raw WAV file untagged. The song file(s) will be delivered through the mail on a CD(s). Exclusive rights grant you unlimited commercial broadcast and recordings. You have full rights to record, alter, mix the beat/song in any shape, way, or form (except reselling the beat). You will receive a contract in the mail granting you exclusive rights to the beat(s). Street Poetry Productions will not receive a royalty from the sale of records or downloads made on your part. You must however give full credit to the producer ( Chuch for Street Poetry Productions ) for beat production on any broadcast or recording.
