1a) leasing is single purpose single use only. any additional uses require an additonal fee for each use. ie you may place this track in a trailer and broadcast it in as many cinemas as you wish, or any other medium as many times as you wish. but you may not use this piece in any other trailers without paying an additional fee. (trailer being an example of use, another use for example, if you were a radio station and broadcasting as a single, you could do this as many times as you wished, but you could not use the track as part of another show, as such a use would be additional.)

1b)no edits to this track shall be made without first informing the composer.

1c) redistribution of this track is not permitted. the licence is non-transferable.

1d)broadcast of this track is permisable, per license. ie for a single lease you may place the track in a trailer, commercial, film etc for both private and global viewing by the public.

1e) for licensing use: additional formats including mp3 320k and wav up to 96,000khz 24 bit are available at no extra cost. contact matmilne@hotmail.com and matmilne@gmail.com for further details and all enquiries.

2) the composer "matt milne" shall be identified as the sole author of this track, in an appropriate fasion.

3)full-lifetime-ownership-rights of this track shall not be transferred to a client without a further fee, negotiated between the composer and the client. that fee shall consist of the exclusive fee multiplied by forty (40). additional rights and assumption of liscence distributions shall be negotiated upon sale of lifetime rights.

4a)Exclusive rights last for a period of one year, further exclusive use shall require full payment of the exclusive-use fee per year of renewal (ie you must pay an additional exclusive use fee, per year of use, if you wish exclusive rights for a further year beyond the previous year's use)
4b) the composer shall reserve the right to increase or decrease all fees, year on year, sale by sale, as he deems fit.

5)the composer shall in no way be held legally or financially responsible for anything and anysituation arising from the use and broadcast of this track and anything associated with it, a fact you should make clear to your legal team upon purchase of this track.

6a)for exclusive licencing, the composer shall not permit further sales of single use licences upon purchase. the composer shall not withdraw this track from publication at anytime for any reason unless in case of clause 7. if clause 7 occurs the composer shall withdraw this track from publication, from the exclusive holder, without refund.

6b)for single-use leasing: no refund shall be made available, whether the track is used or not.

6c)further sales of single use licences can be terminated by the composer at anytime. however the single use licence, once sold can be continued until its desired expiration. ie the composer may prevent further uses of the track, however for currently occuring uses, transmission will not be prevented ie if you used the track in a trailer, you can continue to show that trailer until the end of time without incurring an aditional use fee.

7)all the above points apply in full to this track. and shall not be circumvented or otherwise ignored, any such acts will result in a termination of licence without refund, with no appeal or proceedings.

8)all points not covered in this licence shall be negotiated between the composer and the client per the client's request.
